Matanuska Soccer Club, the premier youth soccer club in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, is currently seeking interested candidates for a number of coaching positions within the club, including both head and assistant coaches for competitive teams, team trainers, academy coaches and more.
MSC fields both boys and girls teams in age divisions ranging from under-10 through under-19 for competitive league and tournament play, and it is our mission to provide professional training and player development to assist these young athletes in advancing to the highest levels of play, while instilling those core values that will ensure success both on and off the field.
Additionally, MSC, through our partnership with Coerver® Coaching, the world’s #1 skill-development program, hosts a number of development programs, including youth academies and a Coerver® Center of Excellence and Center of Excellence-Elite.
MSC coaches are offered annual contracts, which include compensation in the form of a stipend, club training and match apparel, and tuition for continuing coaching education/licensing, not to mention enrollment in the coaches’ courses put on by the club, the first of which for the coming season is set to take place September 23-26 and will include NSCAA licensing options.
