Online registration has now ended for our MSC Premier Fee, MSC High School Academies, MSC Club Academies, and our Youth Development Academy.  Futsal was cancelled for this Fall due to lack of registrations.

The MSC Premier Fee of $75 and the per family Admin Fee of $5 are required for any player wanting to practice with your team!!  If someone has not already registered with MSC and paid this fee, please have them contact me to add their registration manually.  You can collect this and other fees and deposit them using the deposit form located on the left.  Please let me know when you have collected the MSC Premier Fee for any player--I need to know the amount paid and how it was paid (check #, cash, etc.) so that I can clear them to practice.

Each player on your team, or who is registered with MSC, must complete the MSC Registration Form which is also found on the left.  You need to keep a copy of this form in your binder, and I need a copy of the form as well.  Please contact me so that I can get those forms from you.
